Turnaround Time is the time (business days) it takes to manufacture your order from the date/time your order is APPROVED ("print ready" files, PDF or Hard Copy proof approved and considered Work In Process – WIP or "No Proof – Proceed As Is" with "print ready" files considered Work In Process – WIP).
At Utah Imprint, we strive to offer the most competitive prices possible by scheduling work based on a 5-10 day turnaround. Rush production is available for a fee in most cases, please contact us for details.
Important Note: If there are challenges with your art files being "print ready" the turn time clock will not start until it is "print ready" and in Approved WIP (Work In Process) status.
Generally, production time is 5-7 business days for business cards and postcards. All other products generally have a production time of 7-10 business days. Production times DO NOT include shipping time. For orders being delivered to Utah addresses, please allow 2-3 business days for shipping. Shipping times are estimates only unless your order is placed with expedited shipping specified.
If you need your order for a specific event or time, please contact us. In most cases, rush production is available for an additional fee. We will quote any applicable rush charges and expedited shipping charges upon request.
Proofs, if requested, are generally ready within 24 hours of order submission. Hard copy proofs, if requested, are generally mailed out within 24 hours of order submission. Hard copy proofs require mailing time for delivery, which varies.
RESUBMITTED FILES:
On orders with Resubmitted Files, please allow 24 hours for file processing after the revised file (date and time) is submitted. There will be a $10 resubmit fee charged to your account. If you wish to receive a new proof (PDF or Hard Copy), a fee of $5 for the new PDF proof or the new Hard Copy proof fee (product specific) will also be charged. For a new hard copy proof, please contact our customer service department as the prices for hard copy proofs vary by product size and type.
